These terms explain how to use the catalogue, customer account, and quotation-request service.
Catalogue and quotations
Catalogue information, images, and private reference prices help you prepare a request for quotation. They are not a final offer of sale or a promise of availability, compatibility, or delivery time. The final quotation states the accepted products, quantities, prices, tax, shipping, validity period, and terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your password confidential. We may suspend accounts or requests that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with these terms.
Products and professional use
Confirm the manufacturer, model, reference, compatibility, and intended use before ordering. A qualified professional remains responsible for product selection and use according to manufacturer instructions and applicable professional requirements.
When a sale is formed
Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase order or commit you to buy. A sale is formed only after final terms are accepted through a method confirmed by sales. This website does not currently collect payment.
